Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC), a Navratna Company, looking for dynamic, committed and self-motivated professionals for its various units:

1. Deputy Manager (Technical) (ST)
Qln.B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics &
Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/
Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations)
AND
MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/ Power
(Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in power sector in the field of Generation/ Transmission/ Distribution/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of power projects.
The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 29100-3%-54500 under IDA pattern or equivalent.
Maximum age limit: 35 years

2. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha)/ ( OBC)
1. Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level;
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree level;
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the Degree level;
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the Degree level;
(Minimum 55% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
AND
2. Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University/ Institution or equivalent or three month course conducted by Central Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs in translation.
AND
3. Knowledge of MS Office applications is mandatory.
DESIRABLE
Knowledge of Publication related work like editing, proof reading, etc. Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Government/Public Sector Organizations/ Institutions in Executive cadre of:
1. Translation work from English to Hindi and/or vice-versa, preferably of technical, financial and legal literature/documents.
AND
2. Implementation of Official Language Policy of the Government of India.
The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of ₹24900-3%-50500 under IDApattern or equivalent. Maximum age limit: 33 years

3. Officer (Finance)/
Qln: Graduation with minimum 60% marks & CA/ICWA(CMA)
(additional qualification of MBA-Finance is desirable)
OR
B.Com. & MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBAwith specialization in Finance
(Minimum. 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution / RBI/ Power Sector in the field of Resource Mobilization/ Disbursement/ Recovery/ Corporate Accounts/ Taxation/ Lending Policy, etc. Maximum age limit: 29 years
4. Translator (Hindi)/ (W07)
1. Post Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject in Graduation
OR
Post Graduation in English with Hindi as a subject in Graduation (Minimum 50% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
AND
2. Degree/Diploma in Translation (English to Hindi and Hindi to English) or 3-month course conducted by Central Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs in translation
AND
3. Knowledge of MS Office applications is mandatory Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in a Central/ State Govt. Department/ PSU relating to translation work from English to Hindi and Hindi to English.
Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of translation of technical and financial documents.
Knowledge of proofreading is desirable.
Maximum age limit: 31 years.
NOTE:
1. Candidates working in private sector must have worked for minimum 3 years at minimum CTC of ₹87,400/- per month and ₹74,700/-per month for applying to a post at the level of Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, respectively.
2. Awritten test/ computer-based test may be conducted in case the eligible applications received against any of the above posts are large in number. The test will comprise of questions on the knowledge about power sector, general awareness and aptitude test (reading comprehension, verbal/ non-verbal reasoning, numerical ability/ quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, etc.).
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
The company offers compensation package which includes Basic pay and DA (on IDA pay pattern) with benefits such as leased accommodation, conveyance reimbursement, medical facilities, group insurance, CPF, Gratuity and other fringe benefits. Performance Related Pay (PRP) will be payable as per norms.
